    Decorating for Christmas
    With the 4th Sunday of Advent also landing on the same day as Christmas Eve, little time is left to decorate the church this year.  We are very thankful for all the volunteers who helped get our church ready a week in advance for Christmas.  We had approximately 30 people come out to help and had the decorations up in just under 2 hours - proof that many hands make light work!

    On Sunday, December 10, 2017, the Knights of Columbus hosted a Pancake Breakfast for our parish.  They even invited Santa, who stopped by to make sure that the children know  the real meaning of Christmas - Jesus!

    St. Mary’s Cathedral Parish CWL council will be hosting Mr. Tim Scatliff to speak on the subject of conscience right at 1:00pm November 26, 2017 in the Church proper. He presently serves as the Culture of Life Director for the Knights of Columbus Manitoba State and a board member of Winnipeg Life Vision, Life Vision Manitoba and Life Canada.     A Pilgrimage of Faith to the Holy Land
    October 14th - 25th, 2018 with Fr.     Thank you to all who helped in making our annual Summer Day Camp with the Mother Teresa Sisters of Charity a success!  This year, we hosted 120 children on two separate occasions and both days were memorable experiences for these children - among whom are either refugee or new immigrants living in our downtown core.
